What parts are composed of our systems?
1. Issue Tickets Engine (touch system):
Issue Tickets Engine is combined with touch screen, ticket printer,
card reader, wireless modules. The most fundamental function in our
system is to issue a ticket to a customer. The ticket printer issues
an alphanumeric ticket that can be customized to include a greeting,
wait-time, advertising, and other important information.
The ticket is issued based on the specific service that each customer
desires. A ticket printer can display between one to sixteen different
services. Customers can then wait comfortably in a lobby area until
called.

2.Issue Tickets Engine (button system):
Issue Tickets Engine is combined with LCD Panel, ticket printer, card
reader, wireless modules. The most fundamental function in our system
is to issue a ticket to a customer. The ticket printer issues an alphanumeric
ticket that can be customized to include a greeting, wait-time, advertising,
and other important information.
The ticket is issued based on the specific service that each customer
desires. A ticket printer can display between one to sixteen different
services. Customers can then wait comfortably in a lobby area until
called.

3. LED Main Displays (integrated audio system):
As the customers take a ticket waiting to be called to be served,
a LED main display is used to direct the next customer to the appropriate
counter. When the next counter is available, the assistant presses
the "next" button on the wireless workstation terminal (keypad).
A bell chimes and the main display points to the appropriate counter.
Displays located above each counter flash, helping to further capture
the customers' attention. The customer is then being served and the
transaction is completed.
It communicates with Issue Tickets engine.

4. Counter (window) LED Displays:
Counter (window) LED display is located above each counter’s attendant,
communicates with Issue Tickets Engine. When the assistant presses
the "next" button on the wireless workstation terminal (keypad),
each counter (window) LED display will flash, helping customers' attention
and direct him/her to the appropriate counter.

5. Wireless workstation terminals (keypad):
The wireless workstation terminal (installed at each counter) is used
to call the next customer by pressing the next button. The wireless
workstation terminal can display the ticket number called, the number
of waiting customers, or the waiting time. It can also be used to
transfer customers to other stations, communicate with Issue Tickets
Engine.
