OPERATION MANUAL OF CPU RECOGNISE COIN ACCEPTOR(C-400)
(1) INTRODUCTION OF MAIN FUNCTION
-
Using the intelligent multi-function CPU system, automatically identify the coin by material , thickness and
diameter . -
Can set up 4 different value groups at the same time, every value set can program 12 coins .
-
Can at any time adjust to throw the accurate degree of the currency machine ,in keeping with different
amenity demand . -
The product include software guard system, this guard system has alarm system ,which prevent
opportunistic behaviors . -
Can connect the counter.

It can supply digital byte output and make some modification in the output program according the demand .
(2) SETTING INSTRUCTION OF PRODUCT:
-
Turn the sensitive switch to stir to the "NOM" position ("MGN" position) , then turn the setting
switch to stir to the "SET" position. LED display "00"(display "P2"). -
Adjust the coin value in turn and let the LED display the value which you needed.

Deposit the coins in turn, the more you can programming are 12 coins .If less than 12 coins ,can
add and store later . -
If need to set up the other value group's coin after set up, then re-programming step 2 and step
-
If need exit, set up the setting switch to the "START" position, then can use it .

When need to cancel all of the programmed coins ,after finish step 1, LED display "00"
then keep press the coin adjust switch ,you will be hear a "BI" sound and LED will display "C" ,this
moment is ok . -
If need to cancel one of the different value groups, finish step 1 and step 2, keep press the coin
adjust switch, you will be hear a "BI" sound and LED will display "C", this moment is ok .

1. Operate with the game machine's standard. Switch to the correct mode
with Normal Open(N.O) and
Normal Close (N.C.) Usually use Normal Open .
2. Switch to the correct speed (pulse) of coin machine.
FAST :25ms(short pulse signal)
MEDIUM:45ms(medium pulse signal)
SLOW:65ms(long pulse signal by TIMER SWITCH for synchronizing with your
machine)
3. When the coin acceptor is used , the coin setting switch needs
to be set correctly according to the coin
that was selected .
4. The switch which for adjusting the coin's value , can adjust the
coin value when the coin
programming . "00-99" means how many times of the output pulse
signal will be sent when the
programmed coin was deposited. "P2-P9" means a output pulse
signal needs how many programmed
coins to be deposited.
5. The switch for test the coin's sensitive degree, it detects the
difference between real/fake coin ,when
inserted .
6. Please turn on power about 10 minutes before using or setting¡ê
you can get the optimal effect

)
SETTING INSTRUCTION OF PRODUCT:
1. Set signal output unit (i.e. how much for outputting one signal)
1) Turn the SENSITIVE SWITCH to stir to the "MGN" position,
and then turn the SETTING SWITCH to stir to the "SET" position.
LED display "1". Adjust the value in turn and let the LED
display the value that you need (1~A0; A0=100). After this turn the
SETTING SWITCH to stir to the "START" position, and the SENSITIVE
SWITCH to "NOM", here you can go to the next step for coin
parameter setting. If user don't set, it default to "1".
2) If need re-set, do same as above. Turn the SENSITIVE SWITCH to stir
to the "MGN" position, then turn the SETTING SWITCH to stir
to the "SET" position. Here LED display the value set before.
If you need set bigger value than before, just directly press the COIN
VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH to add up; If you need set smaller value than
before, keep pressing the COIN VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH until heard a
"BI" tone after 2 seconds, and LCD displays "1",
then press COIN VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH to make LED display the value
you need.
2. Set coin parameter
1) Turn the SENSITIVE SWITCH to stir to the "NOM" position,
then turn the SETTING SWITCH to stir to the "SET"
position. LED displays "00".
2) Adjust the coin value in turn and let the LED display the value (01~A0;A0=100)
which you need.
3) Deposit the coins in turn, the more you can program are 12 coins
.If less than 12 coins, can add and store later.
4) If need to set up the other value group's coin after set up, then
re-programming step 2 and step 3.If need exit, set up the
SETTING SWITCH to the "START" position, then can use it.
5) When need to cancel all of the programmed coins ,after finish step
1, LED display "00" ¡ê
then keep press the COIN VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH, you will hear a "BI"
sound after 2 seconds and LED will display "C" ,this moment
is ok .
6) If need to cancel one of the different value groups, finish step
1 and step 2, keep press the COIN VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH, you will be
hear a "BI" sound and LED will display "C", this
moment is ok.
E.g..: Set the signal output unit as "10"
Coin parameter ($0.1 set as "01"; $0.5 set as "05";
$1.0 set as "10")
When insert a coin of $1.0, coin acceptor output one signal
When insert two coins of $0.5, coin acceptor output one signal
When insert coins of $0.5+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1, coin acceptor output
one signal
When inset coins of $0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1,
coin acceptor output one signal.
(if only the amount of coins' value is equal to "10", coin
acceptor will output one signal)

1. When the coin acceptor is used, the COIN SETTING SWITCH needs to
be set correctly according to the coin that was
selected.
2.COIN VALUE ADJUSTION SWITCH: to adjust the value need in setting signal
output unit and coin value parameter.
3. SENSITIVE SWITCH: to test the coin's sensitive degree, it detects
the difference between real/fake coins, when inserted.

Gray line Counter(COUNT),(when don't connect to counter, this line can
