User Manual of Time Controller (Timer):
Features:
The Timer is specially designed for Baosheng Coin Acceptor, the main
function is to control
AC 220V (AC 110V) power source and store deposited coins information.
Function Keys Instruction:
SK1 function key instruction:
Press SK1: when Timer is in stand-by state, press SK1 button, LED shows“01”(“01”
means time unit is 1 minute. Can adjust from 01 to 120, i.e. the longest
time unit is 120 minutes).
Keep pressing SK1: when Timer is in stand-by state, keep pressing SK1
buttone,3~4 seconds later LED shows“0001” to enter into
coin unit setting, I,e how much it accept for giving one time unit ,(“0001”
means one coins if for one time unit, “0010” means that
ten coins give one time unit, coin unit can be 01 ~ 100.)
E.g.: if time unit is set as“05”, coin unit is set as“0010”,when
coin acceptor accepts 10 coin unit and no extra coin deposited in 5
seconds,it will give a signal lasts 5 minutes,it can control time of
relay connection and control time of outputting AC220V(AC110V) power
.
SK2 function key instruction(audit function):
Press SK2: when Timer is in stand-by state, press SK2 button,LED shows
accumulative deposited coins amount from last empty. E.g.:LED displays“0019”
and then“2450”,the first 4 digits are first 4 numbers in
amount and the last 4 are last. “0019”+”2450”
means that coin acceptor received 192450 pcs coin unit.
Keep pressing SK2: when Timer is in stand-by state, keep pressing SK2
button,after 3~4 seconds LED shows“0000”, it means that
coin unit accumulative balance in memorizer is 0, it’s emptied.
SK3 function key instruction:
When Timer receives enough coin unit for one time unit,it will automatically
start with timing after 5 seconds. If you don’t like to await
5 seconds, can directly press SK3,it will begin timing immediately,if
keep pressing SK3 button for 3 seconds,it will clear balance time in
timing.
Accumulative function:
Timer itself is with accumulative feature.
E.g.: When time unit is set “05”, and coin unit “0002”,
in case coin acceptor receive 3 coin unit of “0001”, if
no more coins inserted in 5 seconds, receiver will give a signal which
lasts 5 minutes, timer will remain the balance of one coin unit which
is for 20 seconds.
Jack instruction:
“CN1” is connection jack to coin acceptor;
“T1” is transformer jack,the 1st and 2nd pin are for outputting,
the third and fourth are for inputting.
“REL” jack is AC220V (AC110V) outputting control-jack.
“AC250V “is jack for inputting voltage of AC220V (AC110V).
