1. The default of communication port is COM1. If you need to modify it, click the above button “ modify com:” and do the modification. Confirming the setup connection port is correct, otherwise the test program is non respond.
2. The setup value range of coin acceptor is 1-99, the data is corresponding with coin value which transmitted by the coin acceptor via inserting the coins. If no need to setup for the full, setting the un-setup parts as 0.

1. Profile

This is the profile of test program about the communication via RS232 between coin acceptor and PC. It include the introduction of installation and operation, please read it carefully before you installing the CoinRS232.
It’s without database due to the finitude data of the software program, it use Wordpad to save the necessary data.

2. Installation CoinRS232 (The communication test program of Coin Acceptor)

Due to CoinRS232 is without Auto-installation program, the user should copy the data from CD to HD of PC. Double click the Setup.exe or find out and double click the Setup.exe from the CD, and according as the installation guide to complete it.
Introduction: After installation, the program will according as the path chosen by the user, add the shortcut key at Start Menu automatically. If you need to delete the program, using uninstall.

3. About CoinRS232

CoinRS232 is the communication test program. The functions include:
1). Can choose 1-16 port, if the chosen port inexistence, invalidation port message is showed while open the communication port program. If chosen port in existence, but differed with Coin Acceptor connection port, non respond is showed from the program. Inserting coin is un-record this time, but the Coin Acceptor identified the coin all the same. To make sure for checking the right port before using the program.
2). The coin value is with integer between 1-99 of five group to setup, the data is the corresponding value which transmitted by the coin acceptor via inserting the coins. If no need to setup for the full, setting the un-setup parts as 0.
3). The program would add the coin value to the Money.ini when the inserted coin is valid. If user take away the value from the Document file, please clear it up and re-save. Otherwise the coin value would aggregate ext inserting.

4. About Serial Number.

Our Company would supply a serial number for each lot of CoinRS232 communication test program of Coin Acceptor. The Serial number is put into the software and non influence with software installation and program using.
The serial number is the evidence for post service and technical supply only. The user must keep the serial number well and offer it to our Company once the coin acceptor and CoinRS232 program with some problem.
