OPERATION MANUAL OF CPU RECOGNISE DROP TYPE COIN ACCEPTOR
(D-100)
1 INTRODUCTION OF COIN VALUE PARAMETER SETTING
1) Turn SET SWITCH to "SET" position.
2) Drop coins need be set in turn, no more than 45pcs, if less than
45pcs, it can add to store any time. It will
alarm full with "BI~BI~BI" three tones. Turn the SET SWITCH
to "START" position after finishing the
setting.
3) If need clear coins already set, please turn SET SWITCH to "SET"
position, press "A", then keep pressing
"A" after one "BI" tone, there is one long tone
of "BI~~~" after two seconds, here all parameters stored just
now are cleared.
2 SET HOW MANY COINS FOR ONE SIGNAL
1) Turn SET SWITCH to "SET" position.
2) Keep pressing "A" , there are three tones of "BI~BI~BI"
after two seconds. Then press "A", there are tones
of "BI~BI", it means it need two coins for one signal; Press
"A" again, there are tones of "BI~BI~BI", it
means it need three coins for one signal, and the like, it's at most
5 coins for one signal. Turn the SET
SWITCH to "START" position after finishing the setting.
3 SET SIGNAL OUTPUT MODE AND ADJUST THE PRECISION
1) Turn SET SWITCH to "SET" position.
2) Press "B" once, there is one tone of "BI",
one tone means bias value is 1, there are at most 3 tones, it means
bias value is 3, if keep pressing it will cycle from 1 to 3. Turn SET
SWITCH to "START" position after
finishing setting. Bias value is bigger and precision is smaller. Bias
value is defaulted as 1.
3) Defaulted signal output mode is "Pulse". If it needs
to be "Byte" mode, operate step 1 to keep pressing "B",
after 5 seconds there is one tone of "BI", it means setting
succeed. Here turn the switch to "START".
4 CLEAR ALL DATAS:
Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, press "A"
and "B" in mean time, after 2 seconds there is one tone of
"BI",
here data in EPROM will return to initial value, coins stored will be
cleared to zero. Parameter of bias value back to
"01" and signal outputting mode is "PULSE" mode.
5 OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1) Operate with the machine's standard. Switch to N.O. (Normal Open)
and N.C. (Normal Close) switches;
Usually use N.O. (Normal Open ) switch except the special machines with
mark.
2) Switch among FAST/MID/SLOW switch (TIME SWITCH) under pulse mode
according to coin collection
speed requirement of machines. 25ms is fast pulse signal speed (machines
need mass coins dropped quickly),
45ms is middle(for most machines), 65ms is slow( amusing machines only
need one coin one time and seldom
need drop coin), when output signal is "BYTE", speed of FAST/MID/SLOW
switch is this: fast is 9600Baud,
middle is 4800Baud, and slow is 2400Baud.
3) SET SWITCH, it's involved in all parameter setting.
4) Please turn on power about 10 minutes before using or setting you
can get the optimal effect

Gray line
Red line DC+12V
White line COIN Signal COUNTER
Black line GND(GROUND)
