CPU RECOGNISE COIN ACCEPTOR

MANUAL OF CPU COIN ACCEPTOR WITH MULTI-VALUE (D500)
SETTING INSTRUCTION OF COIN VALUE PARAMETER:
1) Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED displays "00". Press "A" to adjust store unit of parameter, it ranges from "00~99".
2) Press "A" in turn to adjust to make LED display the figures needed.
3) Drop coins need be set in turn, at most 10pcs. If less than 10pcs, can add to store any time. It shows "F" if it's full.
4) If need set coins with another value after finishing, please re-execute step 2 and step 3.
5) It can set at most 2 kinds of different coins, after finishing setting, turn SET SWITCH to "START" position.
6) If need clear the coins stored, please turn SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED shows "00", press "A" in turn to adjust, make LED display the values need clear. Keep pressing "A", there is long tone of "BI" after 2seconds, it means parameter of this value is cleared.
SET PRECISION OF COIN ACCEPTOR:
1) Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED displays "00". Press "B", LED shows setting value of precision, "01" is initial value.
2) Press "B" to adjust, the range is "01~03". Bigger the value, smaller the precision. After finishing setting, turn SET SWITCH to "START" position.
SET SIGNAL OUTPUT MODE:
1) Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED displays "00". Keep pressing "B", after 5 seconds there are tones of "BI, BI, BI", here LED shows "PP" or "bb", press "B" to adjust the signal mode required. After adjustment turn SET SWITCH to "START" position.
2) "PP" stands for PULSE outputting mode, and "bb"
for BYTE mode.
CLEAR ALL DATAS: Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, press
"A" and "B" in mean time, after 2 seconds there
is one tone of "BI", here data in EPROM will return to initial
value, coins stored will be cleared to zero. Accumulative value back
to "01", parameter of precision value back to "01"
and signal outputting mode is "PULSE" mode.
SET SIGNAL OUTPUT PARAMETER (I.E HOW MUCH IT NEED FOR ONE SIGNAL)
1) Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED shows "00", keep pressing "A", after 2 seconds there are tones of "BI, BI, BI". Press "A" in turn to make LED shows figures required (1~A0; A0=100). After finishing setting, turn SET SWITCH to "START" position. The default value is "01" if user unset.
2) If need reset, set as above. Turn the SET SWITCH to "SET" position, LED shows "00", keep pressing "A", after 2 seconds there are tones of "BI, BI, BI", and LED shows the figures set before. If value requir ed is bigger than before, press "A" to add directly. If it's smaller than before, keep pressing "A", after 2 seconds there are tones of "BI, BI, BI", and LED shows "01", press "A" in turn to make LED shows figures required.
E.g..: Set the signal output parameter as "10" . Set coin
parameter ($0.1 set as "01"; $0.5 set as "05"; $1.0
set as "10")
When insert a coin of $1.0, coin acceptor output one signal
When insert two coins of $0.5, coin acceptor output one signal
When insert coins of $0.5+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1, coin acceptor output
one signal
When inset coins of $0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1+$0.1,
coin acceptor output one signal.
(if only the amount of coins' value is equal to "10", coin
acceptor will output one signal)
OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1) Operate with the machine's specification. Switch to N.O. (Normal Open) and N.C. (Normal Close) switches; Usually use N.O. (Normal Open ) switch except the special machines with mark.
2) Switch among FAST/MID/SLOW switch (TIME SWITCH) under "PULSE"
mode according to coin collection speed requirement of machines.
25ms is fast pulse signal speed (machines need mass coins dropped quickly),
45ms is middle (for most machines), 65ms is slow ( amusing
machines only need one coin one time and seldom need drop coin), when
output signal is "BYTE", speed of FAST/MID/SLOW switch is
this:
fast is 9600Baud, middle is 4800Baud, and slow is 2400Baud.
3) SET SWITCH, it must switch to set coins that will be used when coin acceptor is in fresh use..
4) Please turn on power about 10 minutes before using or setting
you can get the optimal effect.
5) Connecting instructions of connector:
Red line DC+12V(V+)
White line COIN Signal(COIN)
Black line GND(GROUND)
Gray line Counter(COUNT),(when don't connect to counter, this line can
unused)
